Gender equality and employment
Equal Opportunities Officer
In the performance of all its tasks, the university promotes the actual implementation of equal opportunities for women and men and takes this into account as a universal guiding principle. Equal opportunities officers are directly assigned to the Rectorate and have a direct right to speak. They are voting members of the Senate and the appointment commissions. They participate in meetings of the University Council in an advisory capacity.

The contact persons advise members and relatives of the university who are affected by sexual harassment.
